When is the rent due? How do I pay rent?

At The Aster at Mountain Vista, rent payments for your apartment home are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 4th. You can pay rent via your resident portal using a debit/credit card or bank account.

What kind of storage do the apartment homes at the Aster have?

At The Aster at Mountain Vista, our 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartment homes feature intentional storage design to fit your needs! Each home comes with a pantry, laundry closet/room, walk in closets, and patio storage.

What are the pet restrictions?

At The Aster at Mountain Vista, we love pets! You can have up to two pets per apartment home, though certain aggressive breeds are restricted. Contact the office at The Aster for more details on our pet policy.

Yes, The Aster at Mountain Vista provides electric vehicle chargers, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our garages are also prewired to easily install an EV charger making it convenient for electric vehicle owners living in our apartment homes.

What additional fees can I expect when signing my lease?

At The Aster at Mountain Vista, the following fees apply for your apartment home; Application fee of $55 per applicant (non-refundable), admin fee of $200 (non-refundable) and a security deposit of $500 (refundable).

Are utilities included in my rent?

Utilities are not included in your rent at The Aster at Mountain Vista. Residents will be billed monthly via Conservice for their water, sewer and trash. Electricity is separate, and residents will set it up directly through SRP.

Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes, renter's insurance is required for all residents at The Aster at Mountain Vista Apartment homes. You can use ePremium Insurance or you are welcome to bring your own third-party insurance.

Is The Aster at Mountain Vista gated?

Yes, The Aster at Mountain Vista apartment homes are gated. Our apartment homes also feature an extensive security camera network, controlled access with fob entry to exterior doors and amenities, and gate readers for all leaseholders.

How are packages delivered?

At The Aster at Mountain Vista, packages may be delivered directly to the front door of your apartment home or into the package lockers located at the front of the property. Please note that packages are not accepted in the office.
